Saint Rose

Phil and Riot flee after the exhausting fight in the cavern beneath the gas station. Phil drives the Cadillac while Riot rests in the back. Using his power too soon caused him to lose consciousness, and he still hasn’t woken up.

As he drives, Phil begins to remember how they met. In a flashback, we see the early years they spent at St. Rose Reformatory, a place somewhere between Xavier’s School and Arkham Asylum.

Here, we begin to understand the relationship the two forged and discover the identity of Alastor Monroe, the sinister figure who ran St. Rose with an iron fist.
